Job Title: Supply Chain Managers
Job Duties:
The Supply Chain Managers will lead all operational aspects of the company’s wholesale distribution business, focusing on efficiency, growth, and profitability. Key duties include:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain efficiency to ensure smooth and consistent distribution to clients.
Financial Oversight:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to budgetary goals.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, improve operational processes, and enhance overall company profitability.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Establish performance goals and provide continuous feedback to optimize team effectiveness.
Client and Supplier Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and seek new partnership opportunities to expand product offerings and market
presence.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare regular reports and analyses for senior management review.
Requirement:
Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a managerial role within a food distribution or related industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong financial and administrative acumen, with demonstrated experience in managing budgets, operational processes, and team leadership.
Preferred Qualities:
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and lead a team effectively.
Cultural Knowledge: Familiarity with Middle Eastern food culture.
