  • Applicant certifies that all information provided in this credit application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of Applicant's knowledge.
  • Applicant authorizes Seller to verify the information provided, contact bank references, and obtain business credit information for the purpose of evaluating and maintaining Applicant's account.
  • Applicant agrees to pay all invoices according to the payment terms approved by Seller. Seller may approve, deny, modify, suspend, or revoke credit terms at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Applicant agrees to pay all amounts when due, including any applicable late fees, returned payment fees, collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting past-due balances, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Applicant understands that submission of this application does not guarantee approval of credit terms or any specific credit limit.

9. Personal Guarantee

  • For value received, the undersigned Guarantor personally and unconditionally guarantees payment of all amounts owed by Applicant to Seller, whether now existing or arising in the future.
  • Guarantor agrees that this is a continuing guarantee and remains in effect until Seller releases Guarantor in writing.
  • Guarantor agrees to pay all collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in enforcing this guarantee, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Guarantor certifies that the information provided in this application is true and correct and acknowledges that Seller may rely on this information when extending credit.
