The Applicant certifies that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete and authorizes Crescent Specialty Foods (“Seller”) to verify the information provided, contact references, and obtain business credit information for evaluating and maintaining the Applicant’s account.

The Applicant agrees to pay all invoices according to the payment terms approved by Seller. Seller may approve, deny, modify, suspend, or revoke credit terms or limits at any time in its discretion. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval, payment terms, or any specific credit limit.

The Applicant agrees to pay all amounts when due, including applicable late fees, returned-payment fees, collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting past-due balances, to the extent permitted by law.

By signing below, the undersigned certifies that they are authorized to bind the Applicant and, individually and unconditionally, personally guarantees payment of all amounts now owed or later arising from purchases by the Applicant. This is a continuing guarantee and remains effective until Seller releases the undersigned in writing.

The undersigned waives notice of acceptance of this guarantee, notice of extensions of credit, and notice of default to the extent permitted by law, and agrees that Seller may rely on this agreement when extending credit.
