No. Crescent wholesale accounts are for qualified businesses. Individual customers can shop at Ninara.com.

When can I access wholesale pricing?

Pricing is available after the required business information is received and your account is approved.

How are orders placed?

All orders must be placed through the Crescent website. A walk-in customer computer is also available at our office.

What documents are required?

A W-9 and business license are required. A resale permit is also required for Washington businesses.

What is the claims policy?

Claims for damage or unacceptable expiration dates must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Zelle, cash, and credit cards. Credit-card payments include a 2% fee.
