After submitting, return to CSF1.com and place your wholesale order.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Important account information
For delivery within the Puget Sound region.
Orders must be prepared in advance.
Monday through Friday.
Ordering: Orders must be placed through CSF1.com. A customer computer is available at our office for walk-in ordering.
Pickup notice: Please allow at least two hours for order preparation before arriving.
Claims: Claims for damaged products or unacceptable expiration dates must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Can individuals apply?
No. Wholesale accounts are for qualified businesses. Individual customers can shop at Ninara.com.
What happens after I submit?
After submitting, return to CSF1.com and place your wholesale order. Please make sure your application information is complete and correct before submitting.
How do I place orders?
Orders must be placed through CSF1.com. A customer computer is also available at our office.
What documents are required?
A valid business license is required. Washington businesses must also provide a Washington resale permit.
Can I place an order after submitting?
Yes. After submitting the application, continue to CSF1.com and place your order online.
