The Applicant certifies that all information and documents submitted are true, accurate, and complete, and authorizes Crescent Specialty Foods, Inc. (“Seller”) to verify the information provided, contact references, and obtain business credit information. The Applicant agrees to pay all invoices according to the terms approved by Seller and to pay, to the extent permitted by law, applicable late or returned-payment fees and all reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred in collecting past-due amounts. Seller may approve, deny, modify, suspend, or revoke credit terms or limits at its discretion. By signing below, the undersigned confirms that they are authorized to bind the Applicant and, individually and unconditionally, personally guarantees full payment of all current and future amounts owed by the Applicant. This is a continuing guarantee that remains effective until Seller acknowledges its revocation in writing, without affecting obligations arising before that acknowledgment. The undersigned waives notice of extensions of credit and default to the extent permitted by law. This agreement is governed by Washington law, with venue in Snohomish County, Washington. By checking the acceptance box and signing electronically, the undersigned agrees to conduct this transaction electronically, confirms an intent to be legally bound, and agrees that the electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. Seller may retain and reproduce the completed application, supporting documents, acceptance record, and electronic signature.
